Halfway through the preparations, an aperitif with sparkling wine will be offered. At the end, you’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve prepared, drinking Sicilian wines You’ll prepare: appetizer, fresh pasta, fresh tomato sauce, fried eggplant, meat dish with salad and dessert at the end. The focus is on ingredients and technique you can replicate at home, with clear explanations and time to ask questions. You’ll chop, knead, cut and plate everything yourself.
