This day out is for your group only (private tour) and starts with Georges Heights and Balmoral Beach, followed by Manly and Palm Beach, and completed with a visit to the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park. After driving over 'the Bridge' we make two short stops at Georges Heights for sweeping views of Port Jackson and beautiful Balmoral Beach. Next stop is Manly Beach where we take a short walk to scenic Shelley Beach. We then visit one of Sydney’s best lookouts at North Head, which provides direct views of the harbour entrance and Sydney’s skyline. At this point we will have a lunch prepared by your guide at a special scenic location and then make our way to Palm Beach for a 40 minute return walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse. The visit to Palm Beach and Barrenjoey Lighthouse is followed by a spectacular coastal drive from Palm Beach to Avalon Beach. The Blue Mountains is an uplifted and eroded sandstone plateau with spectacular cliffs, valleys, waterfalls and blue gum forests. As time is precious we pick you up at your hotel and head straight to the mountains. We start the day by taking in four wonderful lookouts and vistas. The day is flexible and from this point we have a few choices. We can do a bushwalk of 1, 2 or 3 hours duration and upon request we will send further information on these walks. Alternatively we can do a short rainforest walk when visit Scenic World. If you prefer not to bushwalk at all we can visit Wentworth Falls and Leura Village or go further afield seeking out wild kangaroos and wallabies. For lunch we have fresh 24 hour fermented bread with a range of fillings and two salads. Other places that can be visited upon request include, Zig Zag Railway (if open), Featherdale Wildlife Park or Sydney Zoo to see native animals. This is the private tour you have been waiting for!
